a lot of people out there who will low ball you a price upfront, or a knock-off product to then slap a hefty shipping/handling charge as you checkout. We try to keep things simple and upfront.
Return Policies
We stand behind all the products we sell, plain and simple. Unfortunately, special orders (generally larger orders or items requiring fabric/frame color selections) may not be cancelled after production has began, and may not be returned. If you, for any reason at all, are unhappy with a stock item purchased via our online shopping cart please contact us within 10 days so that we may help you with a return.
Please contact us for an RA (Return Authorization) number. Shipments arriving to our docks without an RA number will be refused. Return freight and shipping charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, gas appliances (logs, stoves and grills) may not be returned after use/assembly. If your product is not performing to manufacturer specifications after use, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may help you with a warranty claim - and get you back up and running as soon as possible.
Freight and Furniture Shipments
Large freight and furniture shipments require the use of freight carriers. You should expect a call from the freight carrier a few days before your products arrives to set a delivery appointment.
It is very important that the homeowner or responsible adult be at the home for delivery.
Our furniture is very durable and carefully packaged. When your shipment arrives inspect all packaging very carefully. In the unfortunate and unlikely event should you note any damages, you must note these damages on the bill of lading that you will be required to sign.
We encourage you to go even one step further and open any damaged items to inspect and note any damages to the actual furniture. Doing so ensures that we will be able to get you a replacement product ASAP. Curb side delivery includes the freight carrier delivering your shipment to the end of the driveway. It does not include in-home delivery, set up, or removal of packaging material.

White Glove Delivery - White glove delivery includes in home delivery, set up and assembly of furniture, and removal of packaging. Should any damages be noted by the delivery crew, you must note this on the delivery ticket.
