Our showrooms, phones, and chat are open!  Our showrooms are open Regular Hours: Monday thru Saturday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and on Sunday from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM.    We ask that all customers please wear a face mask and abide by at least 6′ social distancing.  Please see the important information below regarding order pickups and deliveries

PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW IF YOU HAVE ORDERS SCHEDULED FOR PICKUP OR DELIVERY.

PICKUPS

If you have a scheduled pickup we will notify you by email or phone that your order has been received.  To minimize warehouse space we will not assemble or prepare your furniture until we have a scheduled date and time with you.  Our team will be placing your pickups on our loading docks or at ground level, but as our standard policy, we can not provide blankets or tie downs.  Please bring these items along with any help that you may need to load your truck or trailer.

 

DELIVERIES

If you have an order for delivery we will notify you when your order has been completely received.  To minimize warehouse space, we will not begin preparing your order until your delivery date has been scheduled with our warehouse team or through your sales associate.  As we will still be practicing safe “social distancing” please download and print the attachment for our delivery team.

Update March 30th 11:30 am

To all of our valued customers,

We wanted to provide you with an update in regards to the “shelter in place” order given by Governor Roy Cooper.

As of Friday, March 17 our showrooms and warehouses in NC are closed and we expect the same to happen soon in SC.  We plan on reopening on April 16.  During this time we will not be able to receive freight (your furniture) and prepare your furniture for delivery and pickups.  Please keep in mind that we want to get you your order just as badly as you want to receive it!  Once we reopen it will take us a few days to get caught up.  However, when we do return we plan on being wide open, scheduling deliveries and services 7 days a week until we are all caught up.

We want to thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times as we try to plan and structure our reopening to best serve you and keep our teams healthy and safe. We also want to thank you for trying to keep your business local!

We are available online by chat, email and voicemail to do our best to serve your from our new remote positions.
