If your grill is not performing to manufacturer specification our customer service team will be glad to assist you with the necessary service call and/or warranty claim. Please note, delivery/pickup fees are non-refundable and cover the cost of a single trip. Based on your location, we cannot guarantee your new grill can be delivered at no cost, but we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
