At Casual Furniture World, we're committed to providing you with exceptional products and service. Our policies are designed to ensure your complete satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

Price Match Guarantee

We guarantee the lowest price on all merchandise we sell. If you find a lower price on an identical item at any local or online store (including shipping and delivery fees), simply show us:

  • Current advertisement or promotional material
  • Printout, photo, or smartphone display of the competitor's price
  • Screenshot from a competitor's website or app

We'll match their price immediately.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any product doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help find a solution.

Return Requirements

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unassembled condition
  • Original packaging intact
  • All original parts, manuals, and accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, installed, or assembled items
  • Clearance merchandise
  • Warehouse deal items
  • Custom-made, special-order, or made-to-order products
  • Items marked "non-returnable" or "as-is"
  • Items requested for return after the 30-day period

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at service@casualfurnitureworld.com to initiate your return
  2. Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation with detailed return instructions
  3. Authorization: We'll provide a Return Authorization number, prepaid shipping labels, and packaging instructions
  4. Photo Requirement: For freight items, we require a photo before authorization to document the item's condition
  5. Return Shipping: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving authorization
  6. Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed (minus return shipping costs)

Note: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive a defective product, our support team will guide you through the manufacturer's warranty process.

Warranty Claim Requirements

  • Item must be within the manufacturer's warranty period
  • Provide serial numbers, description of the issue, and photos/video of the defect
  • Allow time for manufacturer review and approval

Warranty Process

  1. We submit your claim to the manufacturer
  2. Manufacturer reviews and approves, rejects, or offers replacement
  3. If approved, warranty service begins (repair, replacement parts, or new item)
  4. Some items may need to be returned to the manufacturer for quality control

Important: Casual Furniture World is not responsible for labor costs or project delays due to defective merchandise. We recommend waiting to schedule installation until after your order arrives and you've completed a full inspection.

Delivery Inspection Policy

All shipments must be opened and inspected within 24 hours of delivery. Check for both shipping damage and product defects immediately to avoid delays in resolution.

Freight Damage

If you receive an item with visible shipping damage (broken box, punctures, water damage), we strongly recommend refusing the delivery. Accepting damaged items may limit your replacement or refund options.

Freight Returns

Items returned due to delivery issues may incur additional charges:

  • Incorrect address provided: Customer responsible for shipping costs both ways
  • Customer unavailable for scheduled delivery: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Unable to contact customer: Treated as a standard return subject to regular return policies

Note: Freight deliveries require customer contact prior to delivery. Please ensure your contact information is current and you're available during the scheduled delivery window.
