How Your Wood Stove Is Delivered

We safely prepare and crate your wood stove and arrange pallet delivery directly to your driveway. Our team coordinates the process with you so you know when to expect your stove and can plan ahead for installation.

Order your HearthStone stove online. If you would like to confirm current stock before ordering, our team is available by phone or email.

We Prepare Your Stove

We transfer the stove to our warehouse, safely prepare and crate it for freight delivery, and get your shipment ready for its trip to your home.

We Schedule Delivery With You

Once your stove is ready, we'll reach out to coordinate final delivery and confirm when you would like the stove to arrive.

Pallet Delivery to Your Driveway

Your safely crated stove is delivered by pallet to your driveway. Plan to have help available to move the heavy stove from the pallet into your home for final installation.
