Description

The HearthStone Manchester TruHybrid Cast Iron Wood Stove is a powerful, feature-rich wood stove designed for larger living spaces and homes requiring substantial heating capacity. Producing up to 75,000 BTU/hr and capable of heating up to 2,400 sq. ft., the Manchester combines traditional cast iron construction with HearthStone's TruHybrid combustion technology and a soapstone-lined firebox for long-lasting, efficient heat.

One of the Manchester's standout features is its convenient loading design. The stove includes a large front door for an unobstructed view of the fire along with a left-side loading door that makes it easier to load long pieces of firewood. The firebox accommodates logs up to an impressive 24 inches long, while the integrated ash pan simplifies cleanup.

Inside, soapstone blocks absorb heat from the fire and gradually release it into the room. HearthStone's TruHybrid system combines primary, secondary, and catalytic combustion to achieve 78% HHV efficiency and low emissions of just 0.65 g/hr. The Manchester also incorporates a natural convection channel across the back and top of the stove to help circulate warm air throughout the room without requiring a blower.

Installation flexibility is another major advantage. The Manchester uses a 6-inch flue that can be configured for either top or rear exit and includes a rear heat shield as standard equipment. An optional convection blower, outside air adapter, extra close-clearance heat shield, and side-door lock kit are also available.
