SHOWROOM OPERATIONS
The safety and health of our community, employees and customers is of utmost importance. For this reason, we will be operating our showrooms by appointment only and as “1 in and 1 out” for those without an appointment. We will also offer at-home design consultations. We hope this policy will give you the confidence for a safe shopping experience. For both your and our safety, our associates will be maintaining hand washing and a minimum of 8’ “social distancing” during your visit or our visit to your home. Most, if not all, of the follow up after a design appointment will be via email, phone and other virtual means. We will be more than glad to video chat, facetime, and mail or deliver samples, catalogs and fabric swatches.
DELIVERIES
Our delivery personnel will only be making outdoor and open-air deliveries such as screen porches, patios, decks and docks. If your delivery requires our team going through your home we will ask to reschedule at a later date or except a “threshold delivery”. During delivery, we will be maintaining a minimum of 8’ social distancing and limiting our interaction with homeowners. We will utilize photos as “Proof of Delivery” instead of requiring a signature.
PICKUPS
Our warehouse will be open for pickups Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Please schedule your pickup with your sales associate or by calling our warehouse at 336-397-4917. We will be maintaining social distancing during your pickup. Please bring all necessary tie downs and blankets. Per our standard pickup policy, our teams are not authorized to secure items in or on your vehicle. We will also use photos for “Proof of Pickup” instead of requiring a signature.
We will be answering phone calls and emails during normal business hours. We’re also available via chat.
