If you file a valid Guardsman claim and Guardsman ultimately denies the claim or does not provide the required support/service to remedy the issue, and Casual Furniture World is unable to work out a satisfactory resolution using our internal customer care process, we will:
→ Refund the cost of your Guardsman Protection Plan, prorated over the 5-year coverage term.

  • Your refund will be calculated monthly over the 60-month term.
  • You will receive a refund equal to the unused portion of the plan at the time the claim is fully denied and our internal resolution efforts are exhausted.


Example:
 If your plan cost $300 and your claim is denied at month 24, your prorated refund will be for the remaining 36 months:
