Free Shipping Policy
FREE shipping on orders $400+ with the following conditions:
- Applies to boxed products only
- Heavy or bulky items may incur handling fees (shown at checkout)
- Assembled items or products requiring store assembly will have additional shipping costs
- Products with special shipping requirements display a badge and "Special Order" button
Free Shipping Exclusions
- Alaska and Hawaii
- States west of the Mississippi River
- U.S. Territories
- Assembled furniture requiring white glove delivery
Delivery Methods
- Small Items: UPS or FedEx
- Large Items: Freight carrier
- Standard Delivery: Curbside (signature required for freight)
- Remote Areas: Additional fees may apply (Martha's Vineyard, etc.)
Important Delivery Information
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipping addresses - You pay return shipping for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses
- Be available for freight deliveries - Freight companies will contact you to schedule delivery
- Inform us of delivery challenges at time of purchase (narrow roads, gravel driveways, etc.)
What We Cannot Control
Once your order ships, we cannot:
- Change delivery addresses
- Guarantee specific delivery dates
- Control shipping company schedules or routes
Delivery Issues
- Freight returns due to customer unavailability are subject to our standard return policy
- Authorization to leave without signature releases us from liability for delivery damage
- Remote location fees apply to all shipping types when necessary
