    • 31,500 BTU/hr of real gas flame: a 40" x 13" viewing area in a clean linear firebox.
    • Direct vent: draws combustion air from outside and vents to the outside, so room air stays clean and efficient.
    • Electronic ignition (IPI): the pilot only lights when you use the fire, saving gas.
    • Natural gas or propane: pick your fuel above. Propane pricing includes the LP conversion parts Kozy Heat requires.
    • Made in Minnesota by Kozy Heat: a family-owned American fireplace maker known for heavy-gauge fireboxes and realistic fires.
