Our "30-Day Grill Guarantee" is only available for local customers who have picked up their grill from us or if it was delivered by our delivery team. 

*Limit one per customer. Re-selection is limited to "stocked" grills.  Built in grills do are not available for this guarantee.  Your first grill must be in good condition and working order. If your grill is not performing to manufacturer specification our customer service team will be glad to assist you with the necessary service call and/or warranty claim. Please note, delivery/pickup fees are non-refundable and cover the cost of a single trip. Based on your location, we cannot guarantee your new grill can be delivered at no cost, but we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

   Free Standard Delivery

   Orders $400+ qualify for complimentary direct shipping to your address. Items arrive unassembled for easy transport.

   Ground Shipping

   Orders under $400 ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS ground service directly to your address. Items arrive unassembled. Standard shipping rates apply.

   Freight Delivery (LTL)

   Large or heavy items require freight shipping with specialized carriers. We'll need your phone number so the carrier can schedule delivery at your convenience. A heavy item fee applies to cover specialized handling.

   Local White Glove Service

   Available in select areas – Premium delivery and assembly service starting at $199
