Vermont Castings Dauntless-C: top-loading cast iron with a catalyst for long, even burns

The Dauntless-C pairs Vermont Castings' classic enameled cast iron with a catalytic combustor for longer, more even burns. Load it from the top so smoke and ash stay in the stove, cook on the cast iron griddle, and empty ashes with the swing-out ash pan, even while the stove is hot.
