A second-generation leader, Rowell has served in the business for 17 years and brings a deep, hands-on understanding of every aspect of the operation—from warehouse logistics and delivery to accounting, customer service, and sales.

For the past 10 years, Rowell has held the role of President, guiding the company through a decade of sustained growth, vertical integration, and customer-focused evolution.
