Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to get my set?
Every Berlin Gardens set is built to order in your colors. Plan on about 3 weeks for it to be made and shipped.
How does two-tone work?
Choose Two-Tone, then pick a second color. The frames are built in your frame color, and the chair seats and backs and the tabletop are built in your second color. Two-tone is the same price as a solid color unless the frame or the second color is a Natural Finish color (Antique Mahogany, Brazilian Walnut, Coastal Gray, Driftwood Gray, Natural Teak or Seashell).
Where is Berlin Gardens furniture made?
Berlin Gardens is an Amish furniture maker in Berlin, Ohio. Its outdoor furniture is built in the USA.
How do I clean it?
Clean it a few times a year with mild soap and warm water and a soft-bristle brush. Do not use bleach except on White. A pressure washer up to 1,500 PSI works for tough dirt, keeping the tip 8 to 12 inches away.
Can it stay outside all year?
Yes. Berlin Gardens furniture is designed to handle all four seasons outdoors. A cover or occasional shade reduces fading over many years and keeps it cleaner.
Can I buy the pieces separately?
Yes. The table and chairs are also listed on their own, so you can add extra chairs or build a different combination. Message us and we will help.
