FAQ

How long will it take to arrive?

In Midnight Gold with Chestnut woven, Gensun keeps it in stock at its California warehouse and it ships in about 4 weeks. Other combinations are custom made and take about 10–12 weeks before shipping.

Can I see the finishes and woven colors first?

Yes. Visit any Casual Furniture World showroom in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Myrtle Beach or Wilmington, or contact us and we will help you choose.

How is it delivered?

Gensun furniture is delivered white glove: carried into the room of your choice, assembled and unboxed, with the packaging taken away. Delivery is free in North and South Carolina. Elsewhere in the lower 48 states, a white glove delivery fee is added at checkout based on the total weight of your order, starting at $449.

How do I care for it?

Clean the frame and weave at least twice a year with mild dish soap and warm water. Avoid power washing and harsh cleaners, and cover or store the ottoman when it is not in use.

What warranty does it have?

Gensun covers the frame structure for 15 years and the powder-coat finish for 5 years under its limited residential warranty.
