How long will it take to arrive?
Jensen Outdoor typically ships in about 3 weeks, with cushions sewn in the fabric you choose. Once it ships, delivery usually takes another 1–2 weeks. We'll confirm timing with you after you order.
Are the cushions included?
Yes. The price includes the cushions in the fabric you choose.
What does the fabric grade change?
Only the price. Grade C fabrics are included; Grades D, E and U add a set upcharge shown when you pick a fabric.
Can I see it in person?

How do I care for it?
Wash the powder-coated frame with mild soap and water. Wood parts can weather to silver-gray or be kept brown with Jensen Outdoor aftercare products. Clean cushions with mild soap and water and store or cover them when not in use.
What warranty does it have?
Jensen Outdoor backs its furniture with a five-year manufacturer's warranty.
