How long will it take to arrive?
Jensen Outdoor typically ships in about 3 weeks, with cushions sewn in the fabric you choose. Once it ships, delivery usually takes another 1–2 weeks. We'll confirm timing with you after you order.
Are the cushions included?
Yes. The price includes the cushions in the fabric you choose. If you only need the frame, choose "No cushion (frame only)" above.
What does the fabric grade change?
Only the price. Grade C fabrics are included; Grades D, E and U add a set upcharge shown when you pick a fabric.

How do I care for it?
Ipe can be left to weather to a soft silver-gray patina, or kept a rich brown with Jensen Outdoor Ipe aftercare products. Wash with mild soap and water. Clean cushions with mild soap and water and store or cover them when not in use.
What warranty does it have?
Jensen Outdoor backs its furniture with a five-year manufacturer's warranty.
