Description

The Vermont Castings Montpelier II Wood Burning Insert transforms an existing fireplace into an efficient and attractive source of wood heat. Its traditional cast-iron styling complements the character of a masonry fireplace while providing the performance and convenience of a modern wood-burning insert.

A spacious 2.4 cu. ft. firebox accommodates logs up to 20", providing plenty of capacity for longer, more substantial fires. With up to 56,000 BTU/hr of heat output, the Montpelier II is designed to provide dependable warmth for larger living areas.

An included 200 CFM variable-speed blower circulates heated air into the room, while the expansive viewing area provides an excellent view of the flames.
